Completing Your Purchase:

Please contact with us within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Options:

We accept BANK DEPOSIT / TRANSFER, EFTPOS OR CASH ON PICK UP. We also offer LAYBY. Please ask us before you purchase if you want to use our layby payment options. All prices include GST.

Cheque:

Orders will be shipped once your cheque has cleared - this normally takes 5 business days.

All products will be shipped within 1-2 working days after the payment is clear, and shall arrive overnight to main cities of north island, or 2-3 working days to main cities of south island. Rural delivery takes longer to arrive. Please contact us ASAP if the products don't arrive within 5 working days after the payment is made

Replacement Policy:

1. If our products are faulty, we will replace the faulty parts or the whole units.
2. If a product is damaged during transportation, and the customers inform the freight company in a proper and prompt manner, we will send a replacement ASAP.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
3. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
4. Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable

Warranty Policy:

1. Affordable Rack offers 5 years warranty on all our products unless otherwise stated.
2. Affordable Rack will replace or repair where possible or a refund will be offered where a replacement is not available.
3. The warranty is not transferable.
4. The warranty doesn't cover wear and tear.
5. The warranty doesn't cover modification, misuse, abuse, and etc.
6. The warranty is valid in New Zealand only.
