Payments Terms:

You will receive automatic email after the auction closed with full payment instructions. Full payment must be done prior to delivery no later than 3 days after the auction closes (unless prior arrangements).

Payments Options:

Make all cheques or bank transfer payable to Alliance Car Parts ltd Bank Account no: ASB: 12-3018-0313826-00 please include the auction number at time of payments.

Freights:

We use different freight companies depending on the sizes of the goods. Delivery time is dependent on the location Within the North Island delivery time is 1-2 working days To South island delivery time is 2-4 working days Track and trace is available on all item Overnight delivery is available at extra cost

Pick-ups :

The Goods can be picked up from 55 Kerwyn Avenue, East Tamaki 2013 between the business hours. Customers need to inform us prior to any pickups. Please quote us the auction number to organise any pick-ups.

Warranty & Return Policy

• All goods remain the property of Alliance Car Parts Ltd until the invoice is paid in full.
• All goods come with a 30 days warranty
• Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider any transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn.
• We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be declined automatically.
• No warranty or refund if goods are damaged or altered
• Credit accepted if goods are returned within 7 days with its original state and original invoice
• Handling fees of 20% applies on all return goods
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Consumer Guarantees Act:

We follow the general rules in the Consumer Guarantees Act. In addition to your rights, your warranty is under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, if you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you should agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply.

All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act 1908) are expressly excluded from your warranty.
