You can choose to make your payment directly on TradeMe. However, we prefer direct payment as it allows us to process and ship your parts as quickly as possible.

All our goods are shipped directly from Auckland, New Zealand, which makes transportation easier and facilitates warranty claims or returns and exchanges.

Pick-up is more than welcome.

Please note that the courier service only operates on weekdays. We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours. The courier usually picks up in the morning, so placing your order early will ensure faster delivery.

Standard Shipping: We use Aramex or NZ Post for standard shipping.

Usually, you will automatically receive a tracking email for the courier, and it typically arrives within a few days, but this depends on your location. This shipping method is more economical. We have encountered cases where delivery took more than 10 days, so if you need urgent shipping, please choose Express.

Express Courier: If you choose Express, we use Post Haste for urgent shipping, as they are the most reliable courier we've found with a 98% on-time delivery rate.

• North Island: Delivery is usually overnight after pick-up. Rural areas may take an additional day.
• South Island: Delivery takes 2-3 days after pick-up. Rural areas may take an additional day. Please note: We exclusively use Post Haste for Express shipping. While we cannot provide compensation for any delays, they maintain a 98% accuracy rate based on our experience.

If the courier delays your shipment, we truly apologize. Unfortunately, this is New Zealand, and courier options are limited—Aramex, NZ Post, and Post Haste are the best we can choose from. We hope you'll understand that delivery speed is often out of our control, and we are doing our best to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for your patience and support!

Public Holiday We offer urgent contact and pick-up services during public holidays. Please text Tim at 021968000 (please text, as phone calls may not always be convenient).

Please note that couriers will continue to operate, except on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day when no pick-ups will be available. At all other times, couriers will operate as usual.

You can pick up your items on public holidays, but please note that couriers only work on regular business days.

1. If you decide to return a product after purchasing, we may offer a refund, minus packaging, shipping, and related fees. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you want a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. We will not process refunds or replacements until the returned goods have been received and properly tested and inspected.
3. We charge a $30 fee for packaging or restocking.
4. Please note that we do not accept returns on accessories/decorative items.

Q: Can I combine shipping? A: If the items are not particularly large, we can usually combine shipping. You only need to pay for the highest shipping cost, ensuring the correct shipping charges are applied.

Q: What is the warranty period for your parts? A: For brand new parts, we offer a 12-month warranty. For second-hand parts, we offer a 90-day warranty.

Q: Is this item new? A: Most of our parts are brand new, unless stated as used.

Q: How do I pay? A: The quickest method is to use PayNow. If you need to make a bank transfer, please text 021968000 and provide the Listing Number.

Q: Is the price in NZ Dollars and does it include GST? A: Yes, all items on Trade Me include GST.

Q: I missed an item, can you relist it? A: Most items will automatically relist within 24 hours of selling or ending.

Q: Where is my item shipped from? A: All goods are shipped from North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand.

Q: Can you supply other auto parts? A: Yes, if we don't have the listing available, please contact us.

Pick-up is available only at our location in North Shore.

If you choose pick-up, we will send you a pick-up email with instructions. In this case, you don't need to contact us, and you can pick up the items freely between 9 AM and 6 PM, 7 days a week.

Exchange Correct Parts

You can exchange the wrong part for the correct one free of charge, with no additional handling fees. If there is a price difference, you will only need to pay the difference. Please ensure you choose the correct part for your vehicle. If you have any doubts, please contact us before purchasing. If the wrong part was purchased, we will assist in resolving the issue, but the return and replacement shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

1. For brand new parts, we provide a 12-month warranty. For second-hand parts, we provide a 90-day warranty.
2. The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to incorrect use or failure to follow instructions.
3. We are happy to replace items (no refunds) in the following cases:
   1. If you purchased the wrong part and need to exchange it for the correct one (this is an exchange, not a return).
   2. The item is damaged or non-functional upon arrival.
   3. There is a manufacturing defect with the item.
   4. The wrong item was sent to you.
4. The warranty does not cover any installation or re-installation costs.
