In store we Accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Eftpos, Bank Transfers. We also allow laybys, both in store and via email/phone.

We also have Afterpay capabilities for online purchases

We use Post Haste, Castle Parcel and occasionally New Zealand Couriers. A tracking email is sent automatically by the courier once it is scanned in, please check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive this.

North Island Parcels typically are delivered within 1-2 working days, and South Island working 2-4 days of receiving payment, with the exception of Rural Delivery where this takes longer.

If you are local and require urgent delivery this can be done at an extra cost, please call us to arrange this.

We cannot courier to PO Box, or Private bags

If you have received the wrong items or damaged items, you need to advise us in writing within 3 days of receiving the item(s) and attach photos taken of the items received, and your reference number. Otherwise you agree that the correct items have been delivered and that they are in good order (this does not affect any Consumer Guarantees Act rights).

Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. Some of our products do have a 7 day money back guarantee; this is stated in the auction. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We may provide a forward replacement at our discretion (but we'll charge your credit card if we don't receive the item we're replacing within a reasonable time period).

You may need to pay the shipping cost for the returns and we recommend using track-able courier service for your return, because you, as the shopper, will be responsible any potential damage or loss in transit. All sales are final.

Do you offer layby? Yes we can do layby, some of our auctions have this stated in them, but we can do it on most order by arrangement.

Can I Pick up? Yes pickups can be done from our store, see contact details. Please bring your reference number when you come to make for a smooth pick up.

Can I combine Shipping? Yes we can combine but due to the size and shape of the items this will vary, please let us know what you are wanting and where it is going to and we can give you a price.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my purchase? No, this is not automatically sent with the order, but you can request one.
