Delivery:

We use a variety of shipping companies, depending on the size and destination of your order to provide you the best price.

We process all orders within 1-3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

We have multiple warehouses located overseas and orders can be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks.

Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. The standard delivery hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday).

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with registered NZ Post tracking.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately we do NOT accept P.O. Box address for delivery

Undeliverable address & returned items:

If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, Buzz Kids reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for delivering the order again.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

All items shipped from overseas directly to you may incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches New Zealand. Please read more about your potential obligations at http://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
• Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
• Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes to eligible for refund.
• Refunds will not be considered if:
• You simply 'change your mind'
• Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be
• Items are sold as is Sale / Clearance Items
• Original postage charges are non-refundable.
• All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.
• All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less the 20% restocking fee.

Feedback:

We recommend that buyers leave their feedback after their items are received. Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing any negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem.

Contact Policy:

Any emails, questions or queries will be responded to as soon as possible or on the next working day. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email response can take up to 48hrs WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails, thus if you have not received a response within 72hrs, please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

They are also committed and dedicated to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise and accept that technology is not foolproof, mistakes can and do happen but we want to fix them.. We're real people, and love to help out wherever, however we can, which, our proven record of top quality support reflects. Our goal is for you and the customer to be satisfied.

Packaging:

The quoted shipping fee includes packaging, handling and shipping Fees.

Although every effort will be made to ensure the information on this website is kept up-to-date and accurate, we cannot assume liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccuracies or errors concerning any products or services. In no event shall Buzzkids, or its shareholders and/or officers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.

Buzzkids reserves the right to the interpretations to the policies.

Buzzkids reserves the right to revise the policy at any time.

Warranty Policy:

• If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty. Please check the listing carefully for the correct warranty period.
• We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
• Buyer has the responsibility to cover the expense of sending back the faulty item.
• The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer.
• We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
• All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
• All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
• Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer and valid in New Zealand only.
• We adhere to all of Trade Me's Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Bonus accessory items(such as accessories comes with package for free)
• Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
• Damage from neglect or careless storage.
• Unauthorised repairs.
