We currently accept payments through Ping.

With Ping, you can quickly pay for your Trade Me purchases using your credit/debit card or by directly depositing money from your bank account.

Shipping method: We use New Zealand Couriers as our primary delivery service for most orders. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. All deliveries will be left in a secure location at the specified address. For large and bulky items, we will use Toll or Mainfreight for delivery.

Shipping times: We aim to dispatch most orders within 4-5 working days. You can track your order using the provided link in the email once it's dispatched through our tracked courier service. Standard delivery within New Zealand usually takes 1-3 business days for major cities, and additional time for rural deliveries.

Restocking Fee for Incorrectly Ordered Items: Its important to understand that if you mistakenly order a product that doesn't meet your needs or preferences a 25% restocking fee will be applied when you return the item. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing the return, inspecting and repackaging the product, and making it available for resale. All incorrectly ordered items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please be aware that a significant portion of our products consist of special ordered items. These special ordered products are distinct from our regular inventory as they are not typically kept in stock. These items cannot be returned.

Returns:

You do not have the right to return a product when:

• Change your mind.
• Ordered the wrong product.
• Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
• Product was sold as a clearance or reduced item.
• Damaged the product by misusing it.
• Product has developed problems due to wear and tear.

Warranty:

Fast Lane Spares will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your Trade Me receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us before attempting to return goods. Warranty terms do vary between items. We will attempt to deal with warranty claims within 24 hours due to the possible inconvenience caused to the customer, however delays will occur in some instances.
