At Holmart we use reputable shipping companies to safely deliver our products to our customers. Depending on the products ordered you will be offered the following shipping options:

• Australia Post Regular and Express International
• DHL International
• TNT International
• Mainfreight International (Sea Freight) – Available for Crate Engines

Shipping prices on the odd occasion may be incorrect for an item purchased, at Holmart we try to keep our international prices accurate however this is not always the case. If there is a major issue in regards with the billing of the shipping, the customer will be contacted immediately and can always cancel if we are unable to provide competitive shipping rates.

Mainfreight International (Sea Freight) – Crate Engines

For all Sea Freight we use Mainfreight International P/L All shipments are (CFR) & GST Free from Holmart to your Local Port / Depot You will need to pick up from your selected Port / Depot and pay any local taxes and charges applicable. Holmart P/L will keep you posted with all documentation, booking confirmation, SLI & bill of landing as shipment progresses.

You may return goods by return mail (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. Items on special or items we have especially ordered in will have a credit note issued to you. For all other items, we will be pleased to arrange your refund to the credit card processed on the order. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund/credit note unless we have made an error.
