Our Story
Just Tech specializes in refurbished phones and tablets, mobile accessories and repair. Its parent company has more than 20 years of industry experience in the field, with an experienced selection team, first-hand supply and a huge warehouse. Our goal is to supply the highest quality goods with the lowest prices.
Does Just Tech have a physical store?
Our 3 physical stores are located in Avondale, Brows Bay, and Birkenhead, Auckland, provides you with product display, consultation, after-sales and maintenance services.
What are your customer service hours?
We’re always here to help you. Our customer service team is taking phone calls and is available over our chat feature on our website between Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm Weekend 10am to 4pm . Outside of that, please send us an email and we will respond back within 24hrs.
Can you tell me more about your products?
At Just Tech, you can find brand new as well as pre-loved devices. All devices are shipped within 1–3 business days and come with an extended warranty and a money-back guarantee.
What does refurbished/used mean?
Most of our smart phones and tablets are used (and refurbished if required). In general there's never been anything wrong with them. All devices come with extended warranty so that you can buy with peace of mind. Like new, but better!
We only supply grade A pre-owned devices. We test them more than 40 quality checkpoints to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
Refurbished devices means they have passed our strict quality inspections and are replaced with brand new batteries to ensure 100% battery health. We usually only refurbish the iPhone X and iPhones that were produced before it.
Used devices means those pre-owned devices that have undergone rigorous quality checks and are in perfect working condition. they haven't been opened up or had parts replaced.
What does A Grade / As New Condition mean?
A Grade / As New Condition means the product is mint or very close to mint 'like new' condition. It should have no easily distinguishable marks or blemishes and you should struggle to see any difference from a new device.
How is the battery power?
The battery health for all pre-owned devices listed on Just Tech is 90%-100%. For iPhone X and iPhones produced before X, we have replaced a brand new battery, and for other devices on sale, we guarantee 90% or above 90% battery health.
Do all devices work in New Zealand?
All devices at Just Tech are a mix of local and export sets. They are network unlocked and can be used on any network in New Zealand and overseas. Please note that some international models may have an audible camera shutter sound that cannot be muted.
Do you share my information with any other parties?
No. Your contact and purchase details are securely kept on record at our end and we will never share that information. We may contact you with an offer or something we think you will find interesting once in a (very long) while but that is all.
What is Just Tech's Warranty Policy on pre-owned products?
If there seems to be a hardware related problem (except for physical damage, water damage & misusage) with your device within the first 6 months of your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What is Just Tech's Refund Policy on pre-owned products?
We offer 14 days, no questions asked return policy on any pre-owned products we sell (excludes new product), provided it is returned in its original condition.
How do I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We process our orders promptly, contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us
Can Just Tech ship overseas?
We currently do not offer international shipping, only ship items within New Zealand.
How does Just Tech ship the device?
We carefully pack all our devices in our own packaging, and then courier with 'signature required' to ensure the device gets to you safe and sound in the condition it left us.
Can you get the courier to leave the package at the address without someone signing for it?
Sorry no, due to the value of the devices we only ship signature required.
When will I receive my delivery?
All orders will be picked up and packed by our warehouse staff. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be shipped on that day and orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following day. Orders will not be shipped or processed on weekends and public holidays. Normally, you will receive the package 1-2 days after it is sent. Please note that orders may be delayed if we are heavily booked at that time.
I need to change me shipping address - what should I do?
As long as the device hasn't left our premises this is no problem. Just contact us and we will make the changes for you. Please note for security reasons we may have to contact you directly and confirm some details before completing the change.
