Great purchase. This was a “like for like” replacement and has worked out very well. Excellent price and prompt delivery.

Paid for an appliance last week, now they've taken my money and are not giving me the product, with no communication. I sent an email and got an automatic reply saying they're in liquidation...

Purchased and paid in full before they went into liquidation. Meaning that legal title for the item had already transferred to me. Now they are holding my property as part of this whole business failure fiasco. Disaster from start to finish.

Item was tracking to deliver this morning (20/08/25) hadn't arrived so called courier company (Fliway)who informed us that they had the fridge in their possession but were unable to deliver as Kitchen things had gone into receivership whilst he was on his way. He was told to turn back (by the CEO of Fliway) and not deliver as they were owed money from Kitchen Things. Attempts have been made to contact all phone numbers for Kitchen Things and have had to leave messages . Have emailed as well.

Excellent trader . Had a damage problem and the response was excellent and attended to without hassle Will trade again without a worry
