I phoned to make sure it was OK to call in and collect the Laptop in question. I was told that as long as I had paid and received notification that the goods were ready to collect, it was OK .Trash palace should make it clear that notification comes from them, by email conforming collection arrangement. Overall I got a very grumpy reception, which was totally unnecessary. Otherwise the transaction was OK.

we were given last date as 14th April for collection. we collected on 5th April. I don't think it was an issue as we collected before the due date. thanks for your patience anyways

Terrible seller. I asked last week if i could pickup on friday and when i talked to the lady on the phone she sent brent the trademe guy isnt in today. i said okay I can come next wednesday and they said sure. They have now out of the blue given me badfeedback?!?! im meant to be picking up this next week?!?! what is wrong with your shop guys
