Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all buyers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3-5 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t deposit via Kiwi Bank.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages. We do accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address. Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas. An automated email will provide you with the courier and tracking number of your order. Pick-ups are not accepted unless specified on the listing.

Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 30 days of dispatch, and we'll issue you the price of your product. If the product is not defective, it must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. Delivery fees are not included refunds, and the item must be returned at your own expense. All refunds must be issued to the original payment method.
