Shipping and Collections

Orders are targeted for delivery within 3-5 working days.

A daytime contact phone number is required. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted.

Local courier or transport providers will deliver your order. A signature is generally required upon delivery. Goods will not be left at premises unless authorised by you.

Our freight company will leave a calling card in your letterbox, or at the door, with instructions to contact them and arrange delivery. Your contact number will be provided to our freight company should there be an issue with delivery.

If you will not be home between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday to take delivery, please either give us your work address for delivery, if this is practical, or give us drop off details that we can pass on to the courier, e.g. leave on the deck around the back, behind the shed, etc., or request that they phone prior to delivering.

Every step will be taken to ensure that your goods are protected from damage during the shipping process. If you believe that damage has occurred during the shipping process please tell your delivery driver and ensure that they note packaging or product damage before you sign the POD (Proof of Delivery).

Please advise us within 5 working days of any product damages. We will then assess whether damaged goods need to be returned for replacement or exchange.

Collection of goods

You are welcome to collect items from our warehouse. The address is Online Distribution, 21 Jipcho Road, Wigram, Christchurch.

Returns and Warranty

We deliver innovative, high-quality and durable products that improve physical education, fitness, and athletic performance. Speed Power and Stability Systems stand behind all our products with a 12 month 100% manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover improper use, incorrect assembly or fair wear and tear that may be common in heavy commercial use. We will meet our full obligations to provide a remedy as stated under the Consumer Guarantees Act. The warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the office and provide the following information: Invoice number, date of purchase, description of item, best daytime contact number, and if possible photographic evidence of the fault. We will assess the information provided within 48hours and either replace, refund or arrange for the item to be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return the item to use with a reason for the return. It must be returned in the original packaging and in as new condition for a full refund (minus freight, Trademe & paynow fees). No satisfaction guarantee returns will be accepted if item is not in the original packaging or if it is damage. Please contact us for a return authorisation number before returning.
