Hopeless from start to finish. Bought item 27/03/25 for a trip on 11/04/25 (15 days’ notice). Seller ignored two messages, gave no tracking, no updates. Trademe had to step in. Item crawled to me on 08/04/25 after 12 days, including 7 days wasted with Aramex. Completely missed the point of the purchase. No apology, no refund, no care. Seller and courier both equally useless. Would never deal with again.

Took ages to hear back that they’d received payment, then when they sent got a totally different make& colour life jacket from the one I purchased. So all in all, very disappointed in service and do not recommend to other. Poor experience
