RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will fix or replace and pay for sending it to the buyer.
Our warranty provides the most reasonable resolution possible to the customer, this might include parts replacement, repair, replacement, or refund. In some cases, we also provide partial refund options based on mutual agreement

We provide our buyers 7 Day No Asking Money Back Guarantee to under the following terms:
- The buyer needs to email us to arrange return within 3 days he receives the product and send out the product within 7 days.
- The buyer has the obligation to keep the product to be returned in original condition and is not supposed to keep using the product before he returns it to us.
- The goods must be delivered by the buyer to our warehouse in original condition and packaging at the buyers own cost. And it is the buyers own responsibility to keep it safe in transit.
- Flat pack furniture once opened cannot be returned back under this clause.
- Please note we do not accept change of mind returns on mattresses, toppers and related products due to health and hygiene reasons.
Exclusions
- leathers and fabrics will fade and crease;
- foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time;
- depending on the covering and the degree of use, the covering materials, cushion fillings and suspension may need to be replaced periodically at the purchaser’s expense;
- scars, marks and differing pore density and colour are natural characteristics ofleather;
- the leather and fabric products are upholstered by hand and therefore, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any product specifications you have been quoted.
- For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress topper and beddings cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed or used.
- In the situation of the returned goods not in original condition we have the right to refuse the return and refund or we may charge 10% to 20% or even more of the purchase prices restock fee.
