PAYMENT OPTIONS:

You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions.

Payment options via Trademe: Both PAYNOW and direct deposit options are available.

Payment options in store: Cash, Credit Card and Eftpos options are all available. Please have your Trademe reference number handy when collecting your order

Layby is available on selected products, please discuss with the sales team for further information.

ORDER COLLECTION:

Orders are available for pickup strictly inside our disclosed showroom hours only.

Note: Only orders that have the pickup option are available for collection. Many lesser non photographic items ship from a secure offsite distribution agent where pickups are not allowed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We use overnight delivery on all orders that fit into a courier bag and placed before 2pm.

Other Larger Items: South Island is overnight delivery North Island is 2-3 working day delivery

All orders are signature required unless by buyer request.

All items carry a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

We honor the Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant consumer rights legislation.

Items sold will not be covered by warranty if they are damaged by liquid, impact or any misuse by user. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorized use also voids the warranty.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.

No credit card information is stored unless directly requested by the customer.

Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 3.30pm contact may be made the following working day.

We are a GST Registered Company and a GST Invoice will be provided with every sale.
