Reduce rotating mass and increase the strength of your TH400 transmission with BTE's two piece forward drum. This special design reduces horsepower loss through the drive train thanks to the 7075-T6 aluminum shell, but retains the strength and durablity of the center with its steel core.

7075-T6 clutch drum with hard anodized coating to prevent clutch wear

8620 steel center prevents seal and spline wear over time unlike complete aluminum drums

Input shaft is machined from Vasco 300 steel and heat treated for durability

3.2 lbs lighter than OEM forward drums

Suitable for up to 2500 HP depending on vehicle mass
