Rotary Service Build Engine Warranty 12 month 20,000km. The engine is warranted against assembly and/or manufacturing defects. Both Parts and Labour are covered under Warranty if the engine is installed by a Mazda Dealer. If the engine is not installed by a Mazda Dealer only the Part/s are covered under Warranty. Conditions

• There is no warranty for Motorsport Applications.
• The vehicle is used for public road use only.
• As a guide the following minimum conditions apply but are not limited to:
• The replacement engine Must be the correct engine for the application and not modified in any form.
• The intake, exhaust (including turbos), cooling system, ignition system, PCM ect Must be factory to the specific vehicle build. No later generation components are to be fitted - the only exceptions being Mazda Japan advised component supersessions. New Genuine Mazda parts that MUST be installed/replaced:
• Thermostat
• Water Pump
• Radiator Cap
• Coolant Fluid (to Mazda MES121J Specification)
• Spark Plugs
• Engine Oil
• Oil Filter
• Air Filter Element
• Fuel Filter
• Gaskets – inlet, exhaust inc Turbo gaskets, any other gaskets required. The cooling system must be flushed & the radiator flow tested and cleaned. All coolant Hoses and Air Separator Tank (D-Code 15-35X) Must be inspected and replaced if required. All work carried out in accordance with the processes, torques and cautions specified in the Mazda workshop manual. The 12 month 20,000km warranty does NOT cover (and is not limited to) poor or improper workmanship, poor servicing or other external factors such as damaged/blocked radiators, failed or aged cooling system hoses, fan belts or faulty thermostatic fan drives or incorrect fluids
