The service is overall good and the staffs are very helpful.

There are several things that I dislike, but the truth is that I resisted because I liked the price and the car. The person who sold us the car clearly shows his knowledge, but I suggests to be more formal interactive with the customers. From the moment they sat me down for the financing, the person who helped us was somewhat rude. She didn't talk much, didn't explain the steps, and we had to guess. During the process, there was a lack of communication between her and the financing company. During the calls, the person from cheapcars called me to ask questions I had already asked. I would go to the point, sit in front of her, and after wasting time, tell me there was nothing they could do. The advice was really bad, and I wouldn't recommend it.
