Easy experience and very happy with the cars we have purchased from them.

While I’m happy with the car I brought I wasn’t impressed with the service or details of the experience. No one answered the main phone number for the dealership most times I rang and we’re slow to respond to messages. The sales person seemed to do most things over what’s app including things like sending details for payment of the deposit. When I asked after the purchase was completed (later that day) what airbags were in the car so I could double check they were safe with my car seat I had to send numerous messages and point out my legal right to the I for before I got a useful response. I suggest you provide all your staff with company emails and encourage them to use them as it would be much more professional. The on road costs also only seemed to include a quarter tank of petrol when most places seem to include a full tank as standard. On the positive side he was helpful and accomodating around the prepurchase inspection I arranged.
