The quality of the cars truly matches their prices, so I felt confident in my choice. The salesperson I worked with was engaging and helpful without being pushy, which made the entire process much more enjoyable. However, I did feel a bit left in the dark regarding the pickup timeline. I found myself wondering and asking when I could get my new car, and clearer communication on that front would have been appreciated.

I was offered another car from another site, I believed it was another hybrid because that's what I was after. I only noticed after purchase it was just petrol. However I accept I should have checked but salesman did not tell me thus either.
