Absolutely amazing service from start to finish great customer and very honest service was a completely enjoyable process I would highly recommend wheeler motor company just awesome!!

Abysmal. Ranulf said the regent paddles were tiptronic gears. Was told it had been changed from miles to kms, didn't find out until after I paid and was about to drive away it hadn't been done. Was told nav couldn't be updated to nz but was later told by Nathan that hyundai hadn't even been contacted about the vehicle. Was given a charger that required an adapter to use - really bad look here. Felt spoken down to multiple times and was never given information about a formal complaint process despite many clear failures. Breach of CGA and FTA. Massively disappointing process all round. Was thanked for bringing the car back myself to save them time but was never told them collecting it was an option - the companys mistake shouldn't have made me and my partner go out of our own way to return it.
