Good, I liked that all staff acknowledged my presence, were kind, offering me a glass of water..I sound high maintenance but I have a 50 minute drive to the motor company and would have killed for a coffee, even instant lol..Malcolm was great. He was authentic! If he didn't know an answer to my questions he would find out and get back to me.. I found the parking situation around the dealership location particularly stressful.
