I found everyone to very engaging and easy to deal with. Early on in the process more frequent updates would have been better but not enough of an issue to drop from 5 stars. Rated the facilities down slightly only due to parking as it wasn't always easy to find car parks outside.

We certainly didn't buy the fanciest car but were still treated with respect by everyone we dealt with. Would highly recommend them
