The dealership was packed to the brim no where to park and only one guy working the floor. He was clearly run off his feet. I was very patient and waited my turn, he did mention to me how he hated his job but was unsure if this was genuine or an attempt as a joke. After I had test drove the car I wanted, I had parked my original car in the the drive way as instructed by the staff. While waiting for a quote on finance the worker then hit my vehicle with another vehicle while trying to back it in. Though he did apologize I still felt there was no real apology from the buisness. While getting a quote for finance I was told that if I don't get their extended warranty my repayments would be hight as there is no security against the car. Found this to be a bit odd as finance should be based on the person's income and felt more like a strongarm attempt to up sale your services. Overall I am happy with the car but overall not a great experience and don't think ill recommend this dealership ever.

The cars are pretty good and they were at affordable price. The staffs were friendly.
