Although the customer service was great, I would advise that customers are given all the features of the car they are looking at. The good and not so good features. Also follow through on agreed commitments made between parties. In my experience Mark agreed to touch up 2 scratches on the bonnet which didn't happen. I have done this myself now. Lastly, the car I bought didn't have a back window wiper or rear door electric windows. It would have been good if this was brought to my attention. This is a feature that I wouldn't check as it's something obviously part of modern cars. Something I over looked and will have changed my mind I think. Overall a good experience with some suggestions to ensure customers are given all the facts to support an informed choice.
