Great service friendly staff

I appreciate the amount of space and time Mack gave my father and I to explore my potential new car top to bottom, every nook and cranny. I also appreciate the unique payment arrangement Mack was willing to draw up for us so that we didn't have to go on that looooooooong, seemingly endless road that is car-financing. It allowed me to pay it off as quickly as possible whilst accommodating for some unforeseen expenses. And as Neville said, "We're not in the car business, we're in the people business." Their manaakitaka was clear from the get-go, from the moment Mack responded to my email with my "Ka mihi". ^_^
