Lea coordinated us throughout the process. Within three days she made all the arrangements. Even provided an excellent service. Since we needed to finalize the vehicle immediately, she contacted us during her off day as well. Even the owner (I think the person met us with the vehicle is the owner) was friendly and we felt that we were offered a reasonable price. Overall we were delighted by your customer service.

Overall the process took a week but we had already decided on the car we wanted, we just had to negotiate getting finance. This took longer than it should have and we kept getting asked the same questions over and over again which became quite frustrating.

It was fine! Nothing excellent, but nothing terrible.
