Brought a subaru. No service brought it myself online. Couldn't tell me when it would be avaliable to pick up. I had the car 4 days and it had a transmission issue. Returned the car for repairs originally wasn't offered a loan car until I complained higher up. Still no car yet but service has been terrible from all angles. I suggested upgrading the stereo for the hassle and was made out to be asking something over proportionate and had to argue back and forth through text with a salesman in Christchurch about the fact the car was originally listed with Bluetooth and he's saying it was not! Which was hardly an issue but I was made out to be a liar it felt.

Really appreciated the guidance and advice through the purchase process. Did find a empty sprite can under the driver's seat post-purchase but otherwise everything was good :-)
