First time purchasing a car online rather than in person so was a bit of a scary experience just in this day and age. They answered many questions via email for me making me feel pleased about my upcoming purchase. The trade in price was a bit low for me hench the 3 stars but they did give me a price for selling privately and feedback. The only issue and recommendation I have was on pick up, it scared me at the start that I scammed as gps took me to an empty open lot. Number I first rang was redirected. We got there in the end though. So maybe some signage up on both sides of the fence for property and just mention that the entry is just down a side street. Currently the car seems to be driving well and giving me and the family more comfortable travels. Thanks heaps Sandra
