My son did all the necessary inspections and test drive with Jordan. He was highly complimentary of both Jordan, the presentation of the car and the ease with which the deal went through.

Staff were quick to respond, however not always addressing all queries or questions. Car itself is great, and issues highlighted after test driving were addressed prior to sale which was appreciated. However, the grooming services left me wanting.

I was between 3 cars, one was from a dealer that I had purchased before and the other was with lower KM’s and cheaper price. But I recently had a friend that purchased a car with HVS and she had a good experience. I was actually impressed with the team members that sold me the vehicle, didn’t have the typical dealer conversation and pushing. From begging to the end was super smooth communication with both the sales and admin team. Attended and understood my needs like giving me time to complete the purchase as I had money from overseas to pay the car. The other dealership that I looked for a car gave me max 3 days to complete the purchase after giving the deposit, and threatened by saying that after the 3 days, the deposit is just lost, no refund and can’t be used to buy another vehicle. So with HVS was everything fair. Good quality and I definitely will tell a friend. Not having a physical dealership was a but weird but makes sense as you can still testdrive.
