recently purchased a CLA250 and while I’m happy with the car itself, my experience with the dealership, particularly over the phone with Jimmy was very disappointing. Communication was frustrating and unprofessional. At times, Jimmy became visibly irritated during our conversations, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. I found it very odd that someone trying to sell me a vehicle would be getting mad at me.In the end, I decided to proceed with the purchase because I really wanted the car, but essentially turned a blind eye to how I was treated just to close the deal
