Charlie was really lovely. He answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence. He had a delightful sense of humour and wasn’t in the least bit pushy. Sadly I can’t remember the name of the man who did the paper work but he was equally lovely knowledgeable and informative. The whole transaction was a pleasure and very efficient. They even had my car ready to within 2 hours as I requested. Awesome team ??
