Trade-in Process

Service was good at Mr motors new Lynn , but can’t say the same for their repair center , horrible receptionist, both the man and women , very rude not helpful, customer service requires you to gain trust of the customer from the very beginning. I don’t trust them at all, bad experience. And because of this reason will not be purchasing any cars from Mr motors in the future and will advise people to not purchase from as well . As repair Centre is hard to deal with and out right rude.
