excellent staff

The finance side of the experience and actually purchasing the vehicle was great. However picking up the car dirty as they didn’t clean it, then having the ute damaged when it was to have parts installed, then having to loose the vehicle again for repairs and loosing money as I couldn’t work with the loan car. Feeling as if I had done wrong by the staff and the lack of understanding or care from a member of the staff and false promises really bothered me.
