I purchased the vehicle off the yard as a regular sale, not as a ‘trade in special’ or ‘yet to be prepared’ etc however when it arrived the interior was very poorly cleaned, assuming it had been cleaned at all. There were marks on the body that had not been communicated to me and were not mentioned on your 100 point check, as though the form was ticked without actually looking at the vehicle. This is the single biggest car purchase I’ve ever made and these things have definitely negatively impacted my experience. The following question ‘would I recommend you’ is totally dependent on what remedial actions are offered. Khiris has been pleasant to deal with but I do think he should have proactively told me about the the various defects around the rear bumper, scratches on the main dash fascia, scratches/gouges on the tray side bars and lid,
