Good customer service from Frances, however we were told a grooming service would be provided upon pick up both by the sales person and online which wasn’t delivered unless we pay extra for it. We had to leave for Auckland that day so we just left it.

One issue is that the car was sold with an empty tank, showing the fuel light.
