What was interesting is that your Tauranga Branch had a BMW that was quite similar, I emailed the salesman in Tauranga and all I got was a monumentally lazy email with a link to the condition report, which was on the website. I asked more than once and got the same. At the Hamilton Te Rapa branch, I was treated as a human. The responses were friendly and sensible. Totally different experience. Guess who I bought the car from :).
