Highly recommend Malcolm, he was very helpful, checked in with us multiple times, but wasn’t pushy. He made the whole process straight forward and enjoyable for us.

I found that the sales people were rushed off their feet, and unable to give undivided attention. I could see that this was because our sales person was experienced and popular, however they needed to slow down and be with the client, without being distracted. The after service when organising finance etc over email appeared disorganised and lacked professionalism. I had to return my sale and purchase form three times due to errors. I was asked twice for documentation that I had already submitted. Whilst the communication was friendly, it did not portray a professional business.
