ABOUT THE BUILDING

This building was built in the 60's and was run as the 'Seabreeze Motel' until 2014 when the building changed hands. The sale of the building in 2014 spelled the end of the motel operation and the Landlord converted the units to traditional tenancies. There are a total of 11 self contained units in the building. All the residents are quiet, friendly professionals.
