FANTASTIC COMPANY! I have 3 cats, a dog, a child & many other dirty feet constantly treading muck through my house, the carpet had stains & even a smelly spot where the cat peed. Big Green Carpet Cleaning came & cleaned them. I don't know how but this team are magicians! My carpet looked and smelt like NEW! I seriously cannot recommend them enough, i had tried rug doctors, other commercial cleaning machines & the obvious stain/odor removers nothing worked until these guys came along! :-)

I was looking for a company that could tell me how much it would cost to clean the rugs. I rang several companies and they said it depending on this or that and wouldn't give you an idea. I called Big Green and they gave me a ballpark figure - its important so you have some idea what you are getting into. They went out of their way to find a time that was convenient for me - I really appreciate that. In the end it couldn't have turned out better - I am really pleased.

I rang 5 companies to deal with a stain on our carpet. These Guys said they thought they could do something, the others said they couldn't do anything. When the Guys turned up they were friendly, efficient and tidy. They completely removed the stain without a trace. I was amazed. I will certainly be using them again.

Big Green came around to our house in Pukekohe for an end of tenancy carpet clean.
