He was great at letting me know what needed doing and also being super efficient with getting it finished and back to me. It never took longer than a week for me. I’ve gained a few more years of life and saved me on buying a new machine completely. I use it for Music Production, it handles all my plugins with no crashes and gone from taken 10 minutes to boot to 15-30 seconds. Amazing!! I had a couple of iMacs with standard SATA HDDs and these machines were unbearably slow even for office uses. The job done by Glynn was of a top notch and now the iMacs are as fast as my MacBook Pro. Going from a 256GB to 1TB drive on my old Macbook has given it a spectacular new lease on life- wish I'd done this sooner. Glynn was happy to answer all questions and went the extra mile to ensure the new battery was properly calibrated. He had a comprehensive knowledge of the subtle but important differences between different models - and had everything ready on time as promised. Best of all, his prices are the best I could find in Auckland.

Glynn upgraded the HDD to an SSD and the performance is, quite frankly, incredible. I was expecting a boost in speed but nothing at this magnitude. I think it's even running faster than my 2017 MacBook Pro! Anyway, I'd definitely recommend Glynn if you are looking to upgrade your Mac. You won't be disappointed. I was prepared to DIY the upgrade and risk butchering my Mac, but I decided to do another Google search, which led me to Glynn's services. In the end, having Glynn work on it, the upgrade was cheaper and a whole lot less stressful than if I'd done it myself. Glynn's a top guy and he knows his stuff! Cheers!
