Trent is efficient, fast and extremely good value - $155 for a cracked iPhone 6 screen compares very favourably (up to $299 elsewhere) and the chap in Northlands Mall from whom I then bought a decent case concurred that it was a very fair price indeed. Bad initial customer service, did not reply to my email regarding fixing a laptop on Tuesday 30th June, rang on Friday 3rd July and you told me you would have a look on Monday 6th July. I rang on Monday, then you told me you would have a look on Tuesday. I will take this business elsewhere instead of waiting for empty promises.
