intemz (1720 Thursday, 31 August 2023Not resolved at all!!!! I got paid $200 to hopefully convince me to change my negative review. I have so much furniture damaged, antique mirror broken, glass shelf cracked and many broken items in boxes that were obviously not handled very well. Nearly every piece of furniture has damage... it would cost thousands to have all the antique oak furniture refinished. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone moving. Refund of $200, what a joke!!!!
intemz (1720 Wednesday, 26 July 2023Turned up at wrong address, load size estimated incorrectly so a second truck was needed and charged for, cabinet dropped and smashed when loading, slow to load, at least half of furniture received scratches and gouges. Peg from dining table leg lost. Made a stressful day an absolute nightmare. Still finding damage as I unpack!!! No reply to email sent over a week ago. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
