I used the Eco Movers second time. The two guys who provided the service were fantastic. Very practical, no time wasting, Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've used this company. I booked the afternoon slot and they were over an hour late. This is because earlier jobs went on longer than expected - something to think about when choosing your slot. We had a few miscommunications about the payment which were quickly sorted out. Although there were a few hiccups, everything was quickly sorted. Much appreciated.

Despite listing all large items (as per their form) including the fridge. They waited till after the move was booked and our full deposit was paid before telling us it was going to cost another $110 to move just the fridge. We cancelled the booking and then it took 8 emails and almost 2 months for them to refund my deposit.

The movers were a great team - very fast, hard working and friendly and somehow managed to get my huge sofas through some narrow doorways! Nice truck that was well equipped for the job too. Recommended from my friend so used Eco mover and was excellent service! Good communication before arrival, moving furnitures fast and gently. All the furniture were arrived safe and secured.

The service was good but I have been charged about $170 more than expected because of a traffic jam time. I was told by Mark and his team that was not their fault but I would like to emphasis that's not customer's fault as well. I recommend to use a fixed charge for such a circumstances to prevent from this unfair charges. All traffic jam cost pushes to customer side which I don't think that's fair to customer. By the way, thanks your team and their efforts.

Overall, got there, nothing damaged, 2 removal men polite and professional. They were late - though they did advise they were running late. But then they went to the delivery address not the pick up address which made them later still,this affected other things I was doing that day. Then they arrived and didn't find the entrance to the house, had been emailed to them so they hadn't taken notice of that. They didnt use truck lane to get on m' way which would save time. Use but allow extra time!

They were quick in replying our emails and came on time on the moving day. Our furnitures were handled with care and we appreciate their hard work!
