Highly Recommend! We just had their moving services and definitely one of the best. The best part was that they really carefully treat our furnitures to make sure they not being damaged. Awesome!

Richard and his team have given me one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere, from anyone (not just movers!). The boys were great and super easy to deal with. Nothing was broken - which is surprising considering the amount of delicates I have! And the truck was packed securely. They didn't even complain when I showed them the stairs they had to navigate. Highly recommend.

Had to get a massage chair delivered within 24 hours as I bought from Costco and their rule is pick up within 24 hours which is not always that straightforward. Costco gave me the name of this outfit that only had online messaging which is a no go for me. So I searched trademe and found Specialist movers and Richard. Highly recommend due to good service, prompt comms and nice, careful guys working for the company. Arrival was a bit delayed but I was kept informed of the time of delivery.

I thoroughly recommend using SPM. They are patient and extremely careful which is exactly what is needed when moving expensive, sensitive items such as pianos. Their communication skills are excellent and the team are always polite.

These guys are awesome! Richard was super communicative and quick to respond respond about arranging last minute home move for the following week. Matt and V were top noch on the day dealing with loads of small items, and a complicated entry/exit from the apartment into a townhouse. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I've used Richard and his team twice now. They are so excellent: careful, great communicators, super-efficient and strong as the Avengers. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I needed to move my Piano again or if the world was being attacked by Alien invaders and we needed a good front line.

These guys were fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend them. They were very careful with the furniture from one house to another and respectful when bringing our furniture onto our newly laid floor. Thanks to Richard, Matt. They had a challenge that day due to me underestimating how much stuff we had to move but they took it in their stride. Communication from the time I contacted them to when they finished the job was impeccable. I was sent a reminder the day before and a follow up a couple of days later thanking us for the job. Perfect movers. They made the moving so easy. Serge and Darren were at the location on time and moved the stuff without wasting any time and with diligence & care. They are very professional and know how and what they are doing. My couch was hard to fit through in the new house but, they managed it so well that they could get it through. It was our first time hiring a moving company and we highly recommend Sergei and his team for doing excellent work on our items. They were super professional, thoroughly efficient and very reliable. They did an amazing job moving all our stuff without any issue or hassle. Will definitely hire again and is our go-to for any future moving needs. They came on time, no scratch or damage on any of the 15+ furniture items moved and double that amount in boxes. The price is fair, the personnel polite.

Serge and his mate(sorry forgot the name) did an amazing job with our house move in Auckland last month. I must admit I was quite nervous prior to the move as my previous experiences weren't satisfying when it came to the movers. However, these guys helped in the disassembly and reassembly of some of the furniture and the move itself was scratch free! Greatly recommended. Cheers!

They moved my household furniture and did a fantastic job showed up on time, no damage to furniture, very helpful and friendly, just got on with the job.
