Amazing service, the two guys who helped us with the move were fantastic. Super onto it, fast, efficient, very friendly, patient and wonderful to work with. Great attitudes overall. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good price with a good team. They've got you sorted! I'll definitely be going back to them for my next move!

From the time I met Dan to get a quote for moving these guys are Fantastic, nothing is a problem and they turned up ahead of time so we could get out of Auckland to Tauranga. Saturday morning they were at our place in Tauranga @7.30am, placed every item in the rooms, nothing broken. These guys are extremely professional and careful so we definitely recommend them. I got a reminder text the day before to confirm the time. The guys arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They were careful handling our furniture at both ends of the trip . Louise and the team at Smart Express were great from beginning to end. In these uncertain times, I changed my booking but Louise was understanding. The team did not let me down and showed up when they said they would. I could not afford any hiccups and there were none. The removalists, Nati & Saia, we’re polite & professional. They let me be a know-it-all even though they know their job so well. Will be using Smart Express again.

Awesome team. No fuss, just got on with near impossible lowering and raising at each end, including a giant Victorian wardrobe ('compactum') that had to be disassembled and rebuilt. Altogether a five hour job with only 5 minutes' drive between locations! Very grateful and impressed.

An amazing effort to move me with such a difficult time because of COVID lockdown. We moved our 2 bedroom house with Smart Express 10 days ago. The whole process was smooth and easy, from booking to confirmation. Shaun and Wayne were on time and were very efficient, and was very careful with our belongings. When they moved stuffs in to the new house they were also very careful not to leave any damages on the wall or carpet. Very happy overall.

We used Smart Express to move from Mount Maunganui to Auckland, they broke a lot of furniture and must have dropped a few boxes marked fragile. They were the worst movers we have used in our last five moves, and as it turned out - the MOST EXPENSIVE. Never again.
