Mike came around on 2 March. Gave me a quote a week later after calling him multiple times with no answer. I gave him the go ahead to order parts. Didn't hear back from him so called him another week later where he said the parts have not arrived yet. Another week later after threatening to leave bad feedback for not communicating he came around to take some parts to search for a second hand part?? 11 Apr still no service. Had to go to police to request my spa parts back. Would not recommend.

Excellent final job with good value for money. He was the only spa/pool maintainer who actually returned calls without costing an arm and a leg. There was a mishap in the piping used not being up for the job initially, but when told of the issue he fixed it very promptly at no charge. Highly recommended.

Mike is terrific! Very knowledgable, very helpful and very honest. Has relined our pool for us over the summer and has provided extra service both after hours and after installation. Has also helped and offered advice on our spa and pump/filter issues outside of the original scope of work. Can't fault the guy, especially when he came on site a couple of times to assist the builder with queries etc before installing the liner. AAA+++
