I have found Richard to be very responsive to our needs and was very quick to support solving any issues that popped up. We purchased some Puketea from him to use as decking timber. He arranged to have this dropped at timber processors and also allowed us to use his account contacts to get a discount on the machining costs. A few months later some splits started to appear and very quickly Richard offered replacement lengths. Top bloke with good service. Best to call and discuss any issues. Steve

Timber was ordered to be dressed 1 side, was not. Was promised in 2 meter lengths, was not cut. 1 piece was missing. Timber was badly milled: thickness ranging from 50mm to 60 mm. one board was very wet. Richard talks the price up, but does not deliver. Amateur.

Don,t understand why the man,s problems could not have been sorted out on the phone,yes i may have forgot to thickness one side i,ve told him a refund is coming the extra piece i was giving for nothing not part of deal-i,ve got nothing written down on this.Timber is sold rough sawn cut oversized to allow for planing-this is normal,blame xmas
