Trader responded Thursday, 4 August 2016Seller didn't understand the difference between a thrown load and a stacked load. All firewood orders are thrown.We measure our loads of wood.In regards to the wet wood, the firewood supplied was seasoned dry. Buyer emailed but we didn't receive email, then they text and I explained we hadn't received email they then resent the email which was today.They also had the opportunity when we delivered to bring up any concerns.We have had no other complaints regarding our firewood .

krastakin (31 Tuesday, 14 July 2015Satisfied with the product overall. Some of the wood was not as dry as it could be, mostly the bark, others were very dry. The pieces will dry while we're burning the rest. Probably nothing to do with the company, but feel it should be mentioned : money went missing out of the mailbox while waiting for drop off. Would have been good to have a bank acct # beforehand, rather than after, to avoid risk and questions.
