Anna is so lovely. She was patient with allowing us to pay off the pram over one month before collecting. She also gave us a lovely detailed breakdown and demonstration of how it all works and fits together, she then proceeded to help us even carry it to the car. Great service, quick to respond, quick to mail out the stroller - it took only a couple days to get here. I love my new/used stroller. Everything is clean and the wheels are freshly oiled and smooth. Everything is in good working order.
